Will forge anti-BJP alliance for 2024 LS polls: OP Rajbhar
Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) National Chairman Om Prakash Rajbhar has said that opposition parties will form an alliance to defeat the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led alliance in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a press conference after the end of his party’s two-day worker training program in Lucknow on Sunday, Rajbhar said: “Talks are ongoing with TMC leader Mamata Banerjee, chairman of Shiv Sena Uddhav Thackeray, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on formation of anti-BJP alliance.
“The Samajwadi Party-led alliance comprising SBSP, Mahan Dal, RLD and Janwadi Party that contested the 2022 assembly election in Uttar Pradesh is working to include the Bhagidari Parivartan Morcha in anti-BJP alliance for 2024 Lok Sabha election,” he said. mentioned.
“SBSP will soon launch a statewide membership drive to strengthen its organization in 75 districts across the state. We will raise the issue of free education, free health facilities for the poor, employment for the youths and caste registration,” added Rajbhar.
“In the two-day training program, SBSP workers were asked to mobilize their resources for the 2024 elections in Lok Sabha. SBSP workers will organize meetings in all villages to sensitize the masses on anti-people policies of the BJP government. We will encourage people to join the SBSP,” he said.
Party workers have been urged to be active on social media platforms as well as on the ground to win the support of the people, Rajbhar added.
