FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Greater Fort Wayne Inc. and Black Chamber Fort Wayne formalized their alliance today. The leaders of each organization signed a memorandum of understanding to share resources, helping both parties to better serve their members and the community.

Key points of the MoU include:
- Black Chamber Fort Wayne will use the address of GFW Inc. (200 E. Main St., Suite 800, Fort Wayne, IN 46802) as the new mailing and business address.
- GFW Inc. will provide space in its office for Black Chamber meetings, including the monthly Black Chamber Business Group meeting.
- Members of GFW Inc. and Black Chamber Fort Wayne will receive a “Members Only” award for both organizations’ events.
GFW Inc. and Black Chamber Fort Wayne will remain independent organizations. The agreement comes into effect immediately.
